The Sherline rotary table has a 3/8-16 hole in the center and comes with an adapter that screws in and has a 3/4-16 thread on the other end. This allows a standard Sherline chuck to be screwed onto the face of the rotary table and used as a holding fixture. This new adapter allows you to also use Sherline or other brand chucks threaded with a 14 x 1 mm center hole.
