The BlackJack 16300 is a CSA-approved magnetic disconnect switch rated for 110-120V single-phase motors drawing 8 to 12 amps (0.75 hp and 1 hp). Magnetic disconnect switches prevent machinery from restarting automatically after a power interruption — the motor stays off until the operator presses the green start button again. The switch also protects the motor from thermal overload by limiting available current. A wiring diagram is included inside the cover. Dimensions are 3-3/8in wide x 6-1/2in high x 5-1/2in deep.
