The Knipex 87 02 300 SBA Cobra 12in water pump pliers adjust with the push of a button right on the workpiece, with fine adjustment to suit different workpiece sizes and keep a comfortable grip width. The jaws lock onto pipes and nuts so they do not slip, and little hand force is needed. Specially hardened teeth (approx. 61HRC) resist wear and grip reliably, and the box-joint design with a double guide gives high stability. The hinge bolt is held securely so it cannot shift by accident, and a guard keeps fingers from being pinched. Made from forged, oil-hardened chrome vanadium electric steel, with multi-component comfort handles.
