The Laguna 18BX and 18CX bandsaw fences are designed to accept a top-mounted flip-stop for making tenon cuts and other types of precision joinery.
The flip-stop swings down to meet the fence, and has an adjustable ruled scale that mounts in the track on the top of the fence. It can be flipped out of the way without losing its position and can be left on the fence permanently, or easily removed.
