Portable Thickness Planers - Delta, Makita, DeWalt
Surfacing and sizing rough or incorrectly-sized boards is not a common capability of the DYIers shop, but allows him much flexibility in his work. Thickness planers can reduce costs by allowing the user to buy rough stock instead of paying the mill to finish his boards.

Atlas Machinery stocks or has access to HSS and carbide replacement knives for most planers. Contact us for details.
