The Freud Diablo AMPED Rebar Demon is the only SDS-Plus hammer drill bit system designed to drill fast, clean holes through both clean and rebar-reinforced concrete in one step. Diablo's 4-cutter full carbide head (FCH) controls carbide wear as it contacts rebar, taking small controlled bites to deliver reduced vibration and dramatically extended bit life compared to standard 2-cutter designs. The AMPED dust extraction system removes up to 97% of drilling dust via a removable stainless-steel sleeve and Snap-Lock Adapter, keeping the work area clean and limiting silica dust exposure.
