The Tormek KJ-45 Centering Knife Jig is a patented sharpening accessory that automatically centers any knife blade in the jig — regardless of blade thickness or geometry — delivering perfectly symmetrical bevels on both sides without ever needing to reset the jig. Compatible with Tormek T-4, T-8, and most older Tormek models.
- Patented self-centering mechanism accommodates knives up to 10 mm thick
- Works with household knives, chef's knives, hunting knives, craft knives, straight drawknives, and pruning shears
- Two guide stops: standard stop for most knives, plus an extra stop for tall blades such as cleavers
- Ability to create a convex bevel by moving the jig between the two stops during sharpening
